Enable Photo Memories on iPad

I have just updated to iOS 10.0.2 on my 4th Gen iPad and I have successfully downloaded my iCloud Photo Library to the iPad (~44,500 photos), however I cannot see the Memories button in Photo. How do I enable this? NB I have also done a full DFU and set up as new with the same results.

Thanks for the reply Rysz but I only have 'Photos', 'Shared' and 'Albums' buttons. There is no 'Memories' button.

I have left my iPad on power, connected to WiFi, Photos app open but iPad locked overnight but no difference. I also haven't seen any prompts for Face Recognition either and know that Memories and Faces may be related. If so, how do I (re-)start Face Recognition?
